HEARTLAND REPUBLICAN WOMEN's dues are collected annually and cover a calendar year. Full membership is available to all Republican women. Associate membership is open to Republican men, as well as to Republican women who hold a full membership in another Republican women's club. Full membership dues are $20.00. Associate dues are $15.00. 

HEARTLAND is a tri-level organization. Full members also hold memberships in the Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women and in the National Federation of Republican Women.

HEARTLAND promotes and increases membership through a wide range of tools.

• We encourage members to bring a Republican friend to each meeting through friendly competitions and monthly drawings.

• We offer each member the chance to win a very nice prize for the most new members brought into our organization. The prize is awarded at our annual Christmas party in December.

• We utilize the One-Plus-One Campaign offered through the Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women (OFRW) and the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW). This campaign encourages members to increase their organization’s membership for a two-year cycle. At the end of that cycle, a drawing is held at the state level for an elaborate prize--usually a night’s stay at a lovely bed and breakfast.
